As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be leading the marketing strategy, shaping brand awareness and driving engagement with enterprise partners, regulators, developers and Web3 users. This role is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to define the narrative for blockchain adoption in Indonesia and beyond. Job Description:
Partner with the Management team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
that includes community engagement, content, events, and partnerships to drive growth in the ecosystem.
Lead all global PR, event operations, including agency management, channel management, KOLs, budgeting, and industry partnership prioritization.
Navigate and engage effectively within the broader crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including
Layer 1 (L1) blockchains, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks, airdrops, staking, and DeFi strategies.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets to amplify their presence.
Build a strong community by identifying and supporting advocates and ambassadors within the crypto and Web3 space.
Create and execute communications strategies tailored to appropriate audiences, including in-product messaging, website content, social channels, launch material, emails, education materials, etc.
Analyze growth initiatives and flows, identifying product opportunities for enhancement, activation, and growth.
Analyze data, competitors, and market trends to refine marketing efforts and maximize performance.
Build and lead a high-performing team to execute multi-channel campaigns promoting their products and services.
Develop programs and initiatives that enable developers, institutions, and retail users to find value and actively participate in the ecosystem.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and execution of consumer products
3+ years of experience in managing the global Crypto/Web3 marketing team and proven track record in marketing leadership roles within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries, with experience in successful product and token launches.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Technical Skills
Experience with Defi or Financial Technology companies
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including L1 networks, EVM-compatible blockchains, airdrop campaigns, staking mechanisms, and DeFi.
Experience with airdrop or other Web3 marketing activity.
Proven track record of driving business outcomes
Strong user and market research skills with strong experience in building within open-source blockchain ecosystems, leveraging influencers and key industry stakeholders.
