About Our Role:
As a User Acquisition Expert, you will develop data-driven acquisition strategies, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and work cross-functionally to maximize engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, influencer marketing, etc.).
Manage end-to-end campaign performance, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in user acquisition efforts.
Optimize key performance metrics such as CPI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS to drive profitable growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and data to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
A/B test creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Work with media agencies and external partners to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
Job requirements
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing within the gaming or B2C industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
Experience managing budgets across multiple channels with a strong focus on ROI and performance optimization.
Deep understanding of key growth metrics, attribution models, and user funnel analysis.
Strong knowledge of mobile marketing and user acquisition trends for iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Passion for gaming or experience in social casino, skill-based gaming, or other high-velocity B2C products is highly desirable.
Experience working in Web3, blockchain, Telegram or emerging tech ecosystems.
Background in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or viral growth tactics.
Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization), SEO and organic growth tactics.
