Job description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing seamless and intuitive user experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and love creating engaging interfaces, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions through user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and the growth team to define and deliver world-class user experiences.

  3. Brand & Design System Leadership: Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems for consistency across products.

  4. UI Asset Creation: Design visually compelling UI elements (menus, buttons, icons, animations) that align with usability best practices and brand aesthetics.

  5. Data-Driven Design: Use analytics and user feedback to iteratively improve UI/UX designs, ensuring they meet key performance and engagement metrics.

  6. User Research & Testing: Conduct usability tests and analyze findings to refine and optimize the user experience.

  7. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated with UI/UX trends, especially within Web3 gaming, and implement best practices.

  8. Team & Resource Management: Lead the UI design team, manage task allocation, and collaborate with external partners for high-quality design execution.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

  2. A product-driven mindset with a strong grasp of data-informed design decisions.

  3. Expert proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

  4. A proven track record of designing engaging web, mobile, or game interfaces with a strong portfolio showcasing UI, graphic design, and typography skills.

  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines.

  6. Experience in Web3 gaming and Generative AI is a plus.

Bonus:

  • Motion graphics and animation expertise.

  • Experience in marketing art production.
