Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Generalist) to support our team across Human Resources and Business Operations. This is a junior role, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is eager to grow across both business and product functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal records

  • Contribute to team wellness initiatives and internal HR programs

Business Operations

  • Coordinate internal processes, track tasks, and support team-wide coordination

  • Support vendor relationships and facilitate cross-functional communications

  • Help document and maintain SOPs and internal workflows

  • Monitor project deadlines and assist with scheduling and logistics

  • Maintain internal data tracking and analytics as needed

Product Operational Support

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand and support feature rollouts

  • Perform manual testing of web or mobile applications based on defined test cases

  • Report bugs, inconsistencies, and UI/UX issues in a structured and detailed manner

  • Assist in maintaining QA documentation and organizing feedback logs

Job requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between workstreams efficiently

  • Interest in, or basic exposure to, software testing or product environments

  • 1–2 years of work or internship experience in HR, operations, admin, or QA (Nice to Have)
