Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, shape brand awareness, and drive engagement with enterprise partners, regulators, developers, and Web3 users. This is a unique opportunity to define the blockchain narrative in Indonesia and work alongside a visionary team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a full-spectrum marketing strategy, from community growth and events to PR and ecosystem partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who is equally comfortable mentoring teams and executing directly. You bring a proven background in both B2B and B2C marketing an d thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with lots of moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the management team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including content, community engagement, events, and partnerships.
Lead all PR, event operations, including agency management, channel management, KOLs, budgeting, and industry partnership prioritization.
Navigate and engage effectively within the broader crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including Layer 1 (L1) blockchains, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks, airdrops, staking, and DeFi strategies.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets.
Grow and support a strong community of advocates and ambassadors within the crypto/Web3 space.
Analyze growth initiatives and user flows to identify opportunities for product and marketing improvements.
Analyze data, competitors, and market trends to refine marketing efforts and maximize performance.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and execution for consumer products
2+ years managing global marketing teams in the Crypto/Web3 space
Proven success in launching products and tokens in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including L1 networks, EVM compatibility, airdrops, staking, and DeFi
Experience with DeFi or other financial technology companies
Familiarity with Web3 growth mechanics such as airdrops, incentive campaigns, and token economies
Proven community-building experience within open-source or blockchain ecosystems
Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-moving environments
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
