Growth Lead (DeFi)

The protocol is a pioneering protocol in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space, transforming hashpower into financial instruments. By enabling miners to sell their hashpower through permissionless, non-custodial bilateral contracts, they facilitate the financialization of blockspace, creating innovative opportunities for consensus producers.

Position Overview:

As the inaugural Growth Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies to amplify our protocol's adoption and enhance the value proposition of our token. Your deep understanding of DeFi, coupled with your ability to identify and engage target audiences, will be crucial. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate product understanding with tokenomics, fostering thought leadership and substantive engagement, particularly on platforms like Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the DeFi landscape, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and community engagement.

• Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture a vibrant community of users, developers, and stakeholders across various channels, ensuring active participation and feedback loops.

• Content Creation: Produce insightful and value-driven content that positions the protocol as a thought leader in the DeFi space, addressing topics like blockspace microstructure and consensus capital markets.

• Social Media Management: Lead the protocol’s presence on platforms such as Twitter, crafting narratives that resonate with our audience and reflect the depth of our protocol's offerings.

• Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with product and development teams to align marketing efforts with protocol updates, ensuring coherent and timely communication to the community.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• DeFi Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the DeFi sector, with a solid grasp of decentralized protocols, tokenomics, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

• Marketing Acumen: Proven track record in growth marketing, preferably within the crypto or fintech industries, with the ability to devise and execute successful campaigns.

• Content Development Skills: Exceptional ability to create compelling content that educates and engages the DeFi community, enhancing their thought leadership.

• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
