About our Client

They are pioneering the Real-World AI Agent Launchpad, powered by Real-World AI Engine. The engine comprises an AI Network with 3 components: User AI-DIDs, Community AI-DIDs and Community AI Agents. Their mission is to bring ideas, fandom, communities, hobbies and interests on-chain, so that users can create sentient and independent AI agents serving their needs, whilst ensuring their financial interests are accounted for. AI agent launchpads are not new, but their innovation begins with the intelligence that comes with their AI-DIDs, before AI agents are launched. The result? You'll be building an army of AI agents for you to be able to go beyond your limits.

With a fast-growing user base of 8M+ AI-generated data avatars, 8M+ Telegram members, and deep traction in blockchain ecosystems like TON, BNB, and SEI, they are redefining the data economy. Their AI Agents, community-driven AI-DiDs, and SocialFi mechanisms are at the core of a next-generation AI economy.

As CTPO, you will lead the AI & Web3 technology roadmap, product innovation, and cross-platform integration to scale the AI-DiD ecosystem into a global movement.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with the community to foster relationships and maintain a positive presence across platforms.

• Act as the liaison between the company and its community, ensuring open and productive communication.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase community engagement and member retention.

• Monitor, respond to, and moderate community discussions while maintaining brand voice and standards.

• Plan and organize online events, such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups, to strengthen community relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share relevant content tailored to the community’s interests.

• Report on community feedback and trends to guide company strategy and product development.

• Address any crises or conflicts within the community promptly and effectively.

• Support educational initiatives that promote understanding of their AI’s products and Web3 technology.

Job requirements

Experience and Background:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space.

• Proven track record of building and engaging with online communities across multiple platforms.

• Understanding of decentralized technologies and Web3 ecosystem.

• Experience working with tech startups or innovative digital platforms is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the degen style and ability to engage & build relationships with diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various community activities and campaigns.

• Creative thinking for developing and executing community-building strategies.

• Familiarity with analytics tools to track community growth and engagement metrics.

• Ability to identify, address, and resolve community issues proactively.

• Social media management skills for platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and others relevant to the Web3 space.

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, content creation, and event planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• A strong personal interest and active participation in the Web3 or blockchain communities.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-evolving technological landscape.

• Multilingual capabilities for engaging with a global community.

• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills for connecting with diverse audiences.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to community challenges.

• High level of professionalism, patience, and reliability.
